Itinerary
Our guide will collect you from Tahrir Square in Cairo and take you to Fayoum Oasis, a former cult center for the worship of the Crocodile God "Sobek". You'll see Qaroun's Lake, the largest saltwater lake in Egypt and one of the world's oldest natural lakes. Admire the beautiful scenery of winter migratory birds, and diverse fruit and vegetables, and relax amidst this peaceful oasis. Afterward, visit Wadi al-Rayan, a protected area since 1989, where you can swim in the lakes, enjoy soft adventure activities, or simply marvel at the stunning natural scenery. Finally, see Mudawara Mountain, a remarkable rock formation with a layered, symmetrical appearance, before returning to your hotel in your air-conditioned vehicle.
