Booking Confirmation Policy
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.

- 30–20 days before travel: 25% charge
- 19–15 days before travel: 50% charge
- 14–11 days before travel: 75% charge
- Less than 10 days: No refund
