Pricing & Booking Policy
We aim to keep everything clear and transparent so you know exactly what is included in your booking and how payments are handled.
Prices
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip.
- Payments can be made in USD or other available currencies.
- Prices may change in case of adjustments in taxes, fuel, transport costs, or government fees.
- Rates are not valid during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year.
- Travel insurance and entry visa fees are not included unless stated.
Booking Confirmation
- Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation voucher within 24 hours.
- A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking (hotels, cruises, flights, and services).
- The remaining balance can be paid before arrival or in cash upon arrival to your tour manager.
This ensures a flexible and secure booking process.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee
- 30 to 20 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
- 19 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 14 to 11 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 10 days before arrival: non-refundable
Children Policy
- Under 2 years: free of charge
- 2 to 5.99 years: 25% of adult price
- 6 to 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
- 12 years and above: full adult rate
Notes:
- Child rates apply when sharing a room with parents (maximum 1 child per room).
- Some services such as flights may have additional charges for children.
