VIPXplor Booking Policy (Standard Terms)

Booking Confirmation

• Booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit (25%–50%) or full payment.
• A confirmation voucher is sent after successful booking.
• Services (flights, hotels, guides) are secured upon confirmation.

Payment Terms

• Remaining balance is paid before arrival or in cash on arrival (depending on tour type).
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or approved online methods.
• A processing fee (usually +3%) may apply for card payments.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before tour: 10% charge
• 30–20 days before tour: 25% charge
• 19–15 days before tour: 50% charge
• 14–11 days before tour: 75% charge
• Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% charge (no refund)

Date Changes

• Allowed subject to availability.
• Changes close to travel date may incur additional supplier fees.

Children Policy

• 0–2 years: Free of charge
• 2–6 years: 25% of adult price
• 6–11 years: 50% of adult price
• 12+ years: Full adult price
• Applies when sharing room/service with parents (max 1 child per room when applicable)

Tipping

• Not included in any package.
• Optional but customary for guides, drivers, and service staff.

General Conditions

• VIPXplor reserves the right to adjust itinerary order based on operational conditions (weather, traffic, supplier timing).
• All tours are private unless stated otherwise.
• No hidden fees; all inclusions are clearly listed in each tour.
